The amssymb style option gives all the font capabilities of the
amsfonts option. It also defines names for many extra symbols that
are present in the AMSFonts. The names are the same as those the AMS uses.
These symbols and their names are shown below, if you have the AMSFonts
installed and the amssymb option selected.
Please be aware that no bold versions are available for any of the characters in this subsection.
